About the Role


As WrkTalk scales its enterprise deployments, we are building a Business Architecture function that sits at the intersection of technology and client delivery. This role owns the end-to-end deployment of WrkTalk instances for enterprise clients — from internal coordination through go-live — freeing the sales team to focus on client relationships and revenue.





What You'll Own


• Take complete ownership of every client deployment from sales handover to go-live


• Liaise internally across Backend, Frontend, DevOps, Testing teams to deliver each instance on time and correctly


• Manage all pre-deployment client queries on infrastructure requirements, coordinating with DevOps and Ba...
