Duties

To provide individual writing instruction to undergraduate and graduate students within the Faculties of Kinesiology & Physical Education, Nursing, Pharmacy, Social Work, and the Dalla Lana School of Public Health. Instruction will address disciplinary writing conventions in the health sciences, with a focus on organization, reasoning, style, language use, and academic integrity. Writing Instructors are also expected to engage in teaching writing workshops, liaise with faculty on assignment expectations, and contribute to professional development within the Writing Centre.

Qualifications

Completed graduate degree from a post-secondary institution is necessary, with a doctoral degree in a related field preferred. Candidates should possess demonstrated skills for teaching academic writing across a variety of health sciences disciplines. Previous exp...
