Workshop Supervisor Location: Warrington, Cheshire Salary: £50K + Bonus + Overtime Hours: Mon Fri 08:00-16:45hrs Contract: Permanent We are looking for a motivated and reliable Workshop Supervisor to join our growing operations team. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced engineering environment and has experience within a heavy engineering industry. Due to business growth, we are recruiting for an experienced Workshop Supervisor who will be 50% hands-on in the workshop, and 50% supervisor duties. As the Workshop Supervisor, your duties will be: - Ensuring all health and safety procedures are adhered to at all times. Managing a small team engineers to ensure orders are on schedule. Allocate workloads and communicate job/projects progression. Make recommendations/technical decisions on orders. Checking materials and parts are available for projects.
