The Role

Reporting directly to the Managing Director, the Workshop Supervisor will be responsible for leading workshop operations, managing engineering personnel, and ensuring the safe, efficient, and profitable delivery of all workshop activities.

This is a hands‑on leadership role that combines people management, operational oversight, and technical expertise. The successful candidate will be instrumental in maintaining high standards of quality, productivity, customer service, and continuous improvement.
