Workshop Supervisor

Salary £23.50 per hour. Based at our Oxford Depot – located at Oxford. Hourly rate M-F basic: £23.50 Late shift.

We’re looking for a hands‑on, people‑focused Workshop Supervisor for our Oxford depot, supporting a fleet of over 95 buses and 32 coaches serving Oxfordshire.

What you'll be doing

• Motivating your team to deliver safe, reliable and well‑presented vehicles
• Assist colleagues where required with job guidance & diagnosis
• Ensuring vehicle maintenance and servicing activities are being carried out
• Quality checking vehicles after maintenance to ensure high standards are met
• Upholding health, safety and environmental standards in line with legislation and Stagecoach policy

What we're looking for

• Relevant engineering experience, including mechanical, electrical and bodywork knowledge
• Qualified to NVQ Level3 or equivalent in relevant engineering field (mechanical or automotive)
