Workshop Supervisor | Wetherill Park | $140-180k + Fully Maintained Work Ute

🛠️ The Job: We’re chasing a hands-on Supervisor to lead a small team of fitters in the crushing and heavy plant game. You’ll be across both the office and workshop, helping plan, delegate, and jump in when needed. If you know your way around crushers and enjoy leading from the front, this is for you.

🎓 What You Need: Experience with fixed plant gear is a must — crushers, screens, conveyors, all the good stuff. If you’ve already been in a leading hand or supervisor role, even better. You’ll need solid communication skills and the confidence to manage jobs and people.
