Responsibilities

  • Lead the maintenance team

  • Actively participate in maintenance work
  • Ensure the quality of maintenance tasks
  • Order spare parts
  • Solve problems
  • Develop maintenance and installation processes together with management

Qualifications

  • Experience in the boating industry
  • Basic knowledge of various boat maintenance and installation tasks
  • Ability to lead a small team
  • Organize multiple projects efficiently within scheduled timelines
