Workshop & Spares Manager (Mechanization), Worcester, Western Cape

Reporting To: Operations Manager: Mechanization

The Workshop & Spares Manager is responsible for the strategic planning and operational execution of the workshop and parts department. This role ensures maximum manpower utilization, cost-effective maintenance of agricultural machinery (tractors, implements, and specialized equipment), and the seamless procurement of components to minimize downtime for clients.

Requirements Education: National Diploma in Sales & Marketing, Business Management, or a Mechanical Engineering field (Agri-specific preferred). Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in a mechanical workshop environment, specifically within the agricultural or heavy machinery industry.
