Service Manager / After-Sales Manager – Durban Area

Our client, a franchise dealership in the Durban area, is seeking an experienced Service Manager / After-Sales Manager to lead and grow their service department.

Whats on Offer:

  • Salary: R50,000 – R60,000 basic + incentives

Requirements:

  • 5+ years experience as a Service Manager or After-Sales Manager at a franchise dealership

  • Experience must be within the last 3 years

  • Strong experience with Dealer Management Systems (DMS)

  • Proven ability to lead and develop a high-performing service team

  • Excellent customer relationship and communication skills
