Workshop Operative
Our client, a successful manufacturing business are currently seeking a Workshop Operative to join their team.
This is a full time permanent position, working in Norwich.
Hours:
Monday – Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Overtime is also available
The ideal candidate will have a good engineering aptitude and will be of a practical nature and work ethic.
Key Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
* Highly organised and able to work under high pressure during busy periods.
* Be able to reliably commute to the Norwich office
* Have a flexible approach to working hours and be able to work extended hours when required.
* Clean or near clean driving license is preferable
* Understand basic engineering drawings , methods and terminology.
* Understand the principles of engineering and good working practices.
* Ability to make basic calculations around material dimensions and s...
