Workshop Manager

OMV, part of the Raubex Group, is seeking an experienced and hands‑on Workshop Manager to lead and oversee workshop operations, ensuring the effective maintenance, repair, and servicing of our fleet, earthmoving equipment, and machinery. The successful candidate will play a key role in optimizing equipment reliability, availability, and operational efficiency.

Minimum Requirements

• Trade Test Certificate (Diesel Mechanic, Earthmoving Equipment Mechanic, or related trade)
• Relevant supervisory or management qualification will be advantageous

Experience

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a workshop maintenance environment
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a supervisory or management role
• Experience managing heavy‑duty vehicles, mining equipment and earthmoving machinery
• Experience on CAT 950L, CAT 966L, CAT D8R and FAW Trucks will be advantageous
