Workshop Management
Oversee daily operations of the fabrication workshop
Manage production planning, workflow, and job allocation
Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards
SMPP Oversight:

Manage structural, mechanical, platework, and piping fabrication activities
Ensure compliance with engineering drawings, specifications,
Team Leadership

Lead and supervise artisans, welders, boilermakers, and workshop staff
Conduct performance management, skills development, and training
Quality & Safety Compliance

Enforce SHEQ standards and ensure safe workshop practices
Conduct inspections, audits, and ensure adherence to fabrication quality standards
Client & Project Coordination:

Liaise with clients, project managers, and engineers
Provide progress updates and resolve technical or operational issues
