Workshop Manager

The Workshop Manager is responsible for the effective, safe, and cost-efficient management of the depot workshop. The role ensures maximum availability and reliability of fleet vehicles, and workshop infrastructure through high-quality maintenance practices, strong people leadership, and strict adherence to safety and statutory requirements.

The position carries full accountability for workshop people, assets, stock, systems, and budgets, with a strong focus on minimising downtime, managing risk, and driving continuous improvement.
