Workshop Manager

We are looking for a highly motivated, experienced, and results-driven Workshop Manager to lead our workshop operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all workshop contracts and fabrication jobs, ensuring production targets, quality standards, and project deadlines are consistently achieved while maintaining a safe and efficient working environment. Minimum Requirements Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar Workshop Manager role. Proven experience within the Structural Steel, Steel Fabrication, Construction, or SMPP (Structural, Mechanical, Platework and Piping) industry. Strong knowledge of structural steel fabrication and SMPP workshop operations. Excellent planning, scheduling, and organisational skills. Proficient in compiling and submitting production, progress, and management reports. Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills.
