Job Description

Our client is seeking an experienced Workshop Manager to lead a high‑performing workshop operation supporting complex equipment build, maintenance, and parts supply activities. This is a hands‑on leadership role where safety, planning, people leadership, and operational discipline are critical. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure work is delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard, while continuously improving workshop performance.

About the role
As Workshop Manager, you will be responsible for the end‑to‑end performance of the workshop, including labour planning, scheduling, safety, quality, and financial outcomes. You will lead a diverse team of trades, apprentices, and contractors, ensuring work is prioritised effectively and customer commitments are met.
