Overview

Workshop Manager – West London – Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm – £50,000 - £60,000

Workshop Manager position available in a well established company. This role will suit someone looking for an autonomous role in a family run business.

Responsibilities

• Experience over seeing a small bespoke manufacturing process
• Estimating and quoting work
• Customer liaison
• Stock control
• Oversee the manufacturing processes to ensure product meets specification on time and within budget
• Manage a core team of 3.

Qualifications / The Workshop Manager Person Required

• Experience managing a small production/workshop
• Experience reading drawings
• Can estimate and produce quotations
• Excellent customer facing skills
