Mission
: Lead and manage the operational performance of assigned service workshop units, ensuring customer satisfaction, service excellence, safety compliance, productivity targets, and expected financial results.The Workshop Manager is accountable for operational efficiency, financial control, team development, and continuous improvement across workshop and field service activities within the assigned geographic area.
Plan, organize, and oversee all workshop activities, including repairs, rebuilds, component servicing, and technical interventions (workshop and field).
Ensure all jobs are executed safely, on time, within scope, and within budget.
Monitor workshop productivity, efficiency, turnaround times, and service availability.
