STEP - 1 Customer connect complaint closer with in 48 hours and also mention in complaint register and excel sheet. STEP - 2Maintain and review DSP ( Dealer service plan ) STEP - 3Customer complain register and excel review daily 3 time. STEP - 4Weekly review of back office and technician performance . STEP - 5Monthly tool Audit and arrange availabillity of tools with the help of workshop forman . STEP - 6CSI customer list to be made in standard format with the help of Gopal sir and make action . STEP - 7Monthly review of all audit parameters . STEP - 8Weekly review of crusade report and make action plan . STEP - 9Daily workshop staff meeting . ( 10 mintue in the morning ) . STEP - 10FAD card reports every week and PR review with the help of team leader and floor manager . STEP - 11Maintain service bulletin file with signature of all technician and explain to technicians . STEP - 12Maintain incentive tracking sheet and maintain a file .
