Workshop Manager (Manufactruring: Heavy Engineering Production Workshop)

Minimum Requirements Bachelors Degree in Engineering or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering. Minimum 5 years experience managing a heavy engineering production workshop or machine shop. Proven experience supervising machining, fabrication, welding and assembly operations. Strong leadership, production planning, budgeting and people management skills. Sound knowledge of health & safety, quality systems and continuous improvement.
