We’re looking for a skilled and motivated Workshop Manager to lead a busy vehicle maintenance operation. This role is ideal for someone with strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering high-quality, efficient, and customer-focused services.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day workshop operations, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations (DVSA, Road Traffic Act, Health & Safety).Drive productivity, reduce costs, and maintain service excellence.
Support strategic planning and continuous improvement of maintenance systems and procedures.
Manage budgets, monitor KPIs, and ensure value for money.
Build strong working relationships with internal teams and external clients.
Lead and inspire a high-performing team, fostering a culture of accountability and innovation.
