Job Description

Raubex Group is seeking an experienced and hands-on Workshop Manager to lead and oversee workshop operations for our fleet, earthmoving equipment and machinery in Stilfontein, North West. You will optimize equipment reliability, availability and operational efficiency while ensuring safe working practices.

The role requires a Trade Test in Diesel, Earthmoving Equipment, or related field, plus 3+ years in supervision and 5+ years in workshop maintenance.
