Workshop Manager

Position Overview We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Workshop Manager to lead our fleet maintenance operations. The successful candidate will oversee day-to-day workshop activities, ensure operational excellence, maximize technician productivity, maintain high service quality, and deliver an outstanding customer experience. This role requires a strong leader with extensive UAE automotive experience who can effectively manage workshop operations, optimize resources, improve profitability, and ensure maximum fleet uptime for our corporate customers.
