Job Description

Job Purpose

The Post holder will be responsible for achieving continuous improvements in the delivery of service and performance of staff, demonstrating a record of maximising resources and enhancing the quality ethos to ensure efficient operations and best value. The role requires interpersonal and team leadership skills, the ability to work under pressure to designated timescales, and the capacity to communicate clearly, concisely and persuasively with a range of audiences. The holder must also have effective influence and negotiating skills and contribute to the development of existing and new technicians.
