- Working day: 5.5 days (alternate Saturday)
- Working hours: 8:30am - 6.00pm / 8.30am - 12.30pm (alternate Saturday)
- Provide technical support and repair guidance to dealership workshops.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot vehicle issues on-site, working closely with workshop teams.
- Submit technical cases to the manufacturer and follow up on repair solutions.
- Conduct technical training and coaching for workshop staff.
- Monitor and analyze vehicle repair data to identify recurring issues and support problem resolution.
