Lifting Equipment Workshop / Inspection Engineer – TiptonAbout the Role  Pertemps West Bromwich are recruiting on behalf of our valued client for a Workshop/Inspection Engineer to join their specialist lifting equipment team based in Tipton.  This is a hands-on, technical role where you’ll be inspecting, maintaining and repairing a wide range of lifting gear - including hoists, chain blocks and bespoke lifting equipment used across multiple industries.  You’ll be responsible for:Inspecting & testing lifting gear in line with LOLER regulationsIdentifying and recording equipment damage and completing service reportsWorking to high safety and housekeeping standardsSupporting colleagues in the workshop and occasionally assisting with driving/deliveriesCommunicating clearly with your Line Manager and customers when neededRepairing, servicing and maintaining lifting equipment  This role suits someone mechanically minded, ambitious and eager to develop within a highly specialist industry.   W...
