Job Summary
The Workshop Engineer / Supervisor is responsible for managing day-to-day workshop operations including the diagnosis, repair, rebuilding, and preventive maintenance of golf carts, LSEVs, utility vehicles, and related equipment. The role ensures jobs are completed on time, at quality standards, with proper documentation while continuously optimizing workflow, manpower, and workshop efficiency.
This position plays a key role in elevating technical capability, standardizing processes, and ensuring customer satisfaction through quality workmanship and fast turnaround.
