Job Description
We’re looking for an organised, proactive, and people-focused Workshop Coordinator to keep a busy service operations running like clockwork. Based in Tullamarine and reporting to the Service Manager, you’ll coordinate and support customer and fleet service jobs for our busy workshop.
You’ll be:
- Scheduling and managing workshop jobs in Syrinx
- Liaising with workshop teams to keep jobs on track
- Closing and invoicing jobs promptly
- Tracking open jobs and following up as needed
- Being a friendly and reliable point of contact for customers
- Providing backup support for field service coordinators
What You’ll Bring
- Experience in service coordination, scheduling, or administration (preferred)
- Strong admin and data entry skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- A positive, can-do attitude and commitment to safety
