Chorley Group Nissan and Citroen Wigan are recruiting a Workshop Controller to join the team. If you have experience running a busy workshop, preferably with a franchised dealer background, this could be the opportunity for you.

As an established business in Wigan we have a very loyal customer base, and this role is to organise the technicians' work to maintain and increase the fantastic customer service levels delivered by our team!

We would expect that with experience in this role you know how to drive a team, manage the workflow and ensure a satisfactory turnaround for the customer as well as achieving departmental targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Control workshop loading
• Maintain customer relationships
• Process management
• Liaise with the parts and service teams
• Diagnosis problem vehicles
• Daily warranty
