Amour Recruitment is pleased to be recruiting for an experienced Service Manager/Workshop Controller, to support our client's continued growth in Poole.


In this dual-role, you'll support the delivery of Automotive Services, overseeing the Service Team, Parts Department and Workshop Operations. 

As a key part of the management team, you'll ensure the delivery of team KPIs, motivate and manage team operations and report directly to the Managing Director.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the service department, ensuring delivery of customer service and acting as a point of escalation for enquiries and complaints.
  • Managing the workload for the auto-workshop, ensuring on-time turnaround for all vehicle repairs and services.
  • Support all operations, providing a cross-department link for communications.
  • Deliver and report on site KPIs.
