Your Role

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Workshop Controller to help lead and inspire our commercial vehicle workshop team at our Vehicle Maintenance Unit (VMU) in Reading.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the flow of work through the workshop, ensuring quality and compliance of all tasks carried out. With a focus on maximising utilisation, efficiency, and profitability, the Workshop Controller will guide and support the team to deliver exceptional service to our customers, while maintaining the highest standards of safety and compliance.
