Our client, a reputable dealership, is seeking an experienced Workshop Controller to oversee their workshop operations in Cape Town. 

This position offers the potential to become the 2IC (Second-in-Command) within the service department, with further career growth opportunities.

Salary Package:

Competitive Basic up to R30 000

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Workshop Controller in a dealership environment.
• Red Seal qualification will be advantageous.
• Proven track record in managing workshop schedules, ensuring maximum efficiency and productivity.
• Strong technical knowledge and the ability to assist and guide technicians.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
