Duties:

Oversee and coordinate the daily operations of the workshop

Allocate work efficiently and ensure timely completion of repairs and servicing

Liaise with customers to provide updates and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction

Maintain workshop KPIs and ensure quality standards are upheld

Manage labour sales to meet and exceed targets, contributing to overall workshop profitability
