We are looking for candidates with proven motor trade Workshop Controller experience who can drive workshop efficiency, manage workflow, and deliver exceptional service standards. Manage and allocate daily workshop jobs to technicians efficiently.
Ensure smooth communication between Service, Parts, and Workshop teams.
Monitor job progress, quality, and completion times.
Maximise workshop efficiency and productivity.
Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and compliance.
Essential: Previous experience as a Workshop Controller within the motor trade.

£35,100 Basic Salary
