Job Title: Mechanical Advisor / Service Advisor
Karachi, Pakistan (Korangi Industrial Area)
Key Responsibilities
Assess cost centre drivers vehicle concerns
Prepare accurate job estimates and repair orders.
Coordinate daily workflow between drivers, mechanics, and parts suppliers.
Advise drivers on repair options, service recommendations, and maintenance plans.
Monitor repair progress and ensure timely completion of jobs.
Maintain detailed service records and manage workshop
Ensure quality work done by labors
Ensure workshop has required labor available for neccesary work
Ensure a high level of driver satisfaction through clear communication and professionalism.
Requirements
Diploma or Certification in Automotive or Mechanical Engineering .
2–5 years of experience in a service advisor or workshop technician role.
Strong knowledge of vehicle systems and diagnostic procedures.
