Job Description
JOB RESPONSIBILTIES:
Accurately and promptly update data in company's ERP system.
Create, process, and manage Job Requests (JRs) for various workshop tasks, including Pre-Delivery Inspections (PDI), off-rental machine checks, customer repairs, and internal maintenance, as initiated by the Sales and Logistics departments.
Generate and issue Purchase Requisitions (PRs) for necessary spare parts, tools, and workshop consumables, ensuring proper authorization and follow-up with the Purchasing department to track order status.
Maintain organized digital and physical records of all job cards, service reports, delivery orders, and related workshop documentation. Assist in preparing service quotations and generating reports on workshop productivity and job progress as required.
