Handle workshop administration, documentation, billing, and reporting to support smooth workshop operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare quotations, service reports, and invoices
  • Maintain service records and documentation
  • Coordinate billing information with storekeeper and coordinator
  • Track invoices and payment status
  • Support general workshop administrative work

Requirements

  • Experience in admin or billing role
  • Good in accounting and Excel skills
  • Organised, accurate, and detail-oriented
  • Able to work with minimal supervision

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2, RM3,000.00 per month
