Job Title: Works Manager

Responsibilities

• Supervise and carry overall responsibility for the delivery and performance of a Major Project Site Team, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and within budget.
• Work with the Project Team to maintain the highest standards of Health, Safety and Environmental care, providing necessary information to meet statutory and legal requirements.
• Assist the Project Manager in delivering changes to the works directed by the client and manage contract matters.
• Direct, coach, and support site teams—including subcontractors—to meet contractual obligations and achieve production targets.
• Collaborate with the Site Management Team in producing work programmes and method statements.
