Workplace Violence Prevention Trainer

Job Highlights:

This role is fully onsite in St. Louis, MO.

Standard Business Hours - 8am-4:30pm with some flexibility is required to accommodate training sessions outside of standard business hours as needed.

Preferred skills/responsibilities: This person will be coordinating and training AVADE, needs to have excellent public speaking skills. The training is centered around preventing workplace violence and focuses on de-escalation and physical defensive skills.

Job Summary:

Supports the Workplace Violence Prevention (WPVP) Program by delivering consistent, high-quality training across the organization. Responsible for facilitating WPVP education, maintaining training materials, and ensuring alignment with program goals and regulatory standards. Collaborates with manager to implement strategic initiatives and foster a culture of safety and respect.
