Job Summary

Seeking a role to lead and manage workplace technology and network infrastructure, with a focus on Microsoft 365, security, and service reliability, while standardizing solutions across the organization. Mandatory Skill-set

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent professional experience;
• 7+ years of experience managing workplace technology and infrastructure;
• Must have hands-on experience in Microsoft 365 infrastructure: Intune, EOP, SharePoint, Purview, MDE, DLP, endpoint management;
• Experience with IAM, Entra ID, JML workflows, and PIM;
• Strong understanding of network protocols (WAN, LAN, TCP/IP, VPN, DHCP) and SD-WAN;
