Act as a subject matter expert for Microsoft 365 applications such as Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Outlook, and the Power Platform.

Provide comprehensive guidance, training, and ongoing support to end users.

Develop user documentation, quick reference guides, and training materials to enhance productivity and collaboration.

Monitor the Microsoft 365 roadmap to identify changes and their implications.
