Job Description

We are seeking a Creative Technologist, a hands-on designer-builder within . Morgan Workplace Solutions who builds the reusable standards, templates, and production practices that power the end-to-end participant lifecycle across email and digital communications, in-portal/in-app messaging, education journeys, and lead-generation microsites.

You will translate complex equity compensation and financial concepts into clear, engaging, compliant experiences, improving time-to-market and quality through accessibility, disciplined QA, and responsible experimentation. You will partner across Product, Engineering, Client Experience, and commercial teams to ensure lifecycle experiences connect seamlessly across channels and platforms.
