Workplace Services MEP Engineering Associate Manager LATAM

The Associate Manager, Workplace Services MEP Engineering reports to the Senior Manager, Workplace Engineering, Americas. They provide on-site technical expertise to maintain building systems, support stakeholders and events, and manage high-value facility assets. This is a full-time, in-office position based in Salesforce Mexico City (Polanco).

Core Job Functions

• Building Systems Maintenance & Operations
• Function as a subject matter expert in mechanical and plumbing systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and commercial kitchen and barista systems and supporting infrastructure, offering engineering expertise and support to complex technical problems.
• Conduct weekly critical asset walkthroughs to ensure mechanical, electrical, plumbing, wastewater, energy monitoring, and lighting control systems are functioning properly.
