You will be a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, delivering commercially balanced, pragmatic and compliant employee relations guidance while helping shape enterprise-wide ER/IR capability and frameworks.
The Opportunity
Reporting to the Employee Relations Manager, you will manage a diverse portfolio of complex and high-risk employee and industrial relations matters across a large, multi-site workforce.
