Summary

Reporting into the Executive Assistant of the COO, the Workplace Experience Coordinator is responsible for supporting and driving a professional, welcoming, and efficient front-of-house environment. This role plays a critical part in the Corporate Office Services team and works closely with all visitors, vendors, and internal staff across all floors. You will be responsible for managing traditional reception duties, handling general office inquiries, supporting facility operations, and assisting in the coordination of corporate services at our head office. As the first point of contact, you will take pride in delivering a seamless, high-quality workplace experience with a positive attitude and sharp attention to detail.
