Visitor / Guest Support Physical presence at the Front desk during the business hours from 8:00am-4:30pm Demonstrate a warm and approachable attitude by greeting employes and customers, providing clear and concise communication while presenting a friendly service-oriented demeanor. Act as the first point of contact for visitors to the building, ensuring that all visitor procedures are followed, and all guests are welcomed to the site Deliver exceptional guest service and create memorable experiences. Resolve guest challenges promptly, informing management of significant situations. Manage Planon reservations, check-ins, check-outs First point of contact for employees in case of any site related question Access Control: Manage Security Expert Manage Victors and Vendors check-in process and notify host of arrival Reception of new employees and badge preparation.
