Job Description
Primary Function: As a Workplace Engagement Associate Manager, you will implement various programs for Human Resources (HR), to drive employee engagement, strengthen the company’s mission, vision, and values, and improve the overall employee experience. In this role, you will design and execute initiatives that foster a positive work environment, enhance organizational culture, and promote employee well-being.
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field
- With at least 5 years of experience in HR, employee engagement, events, or a similar role
- With a strong understanding of employee engagement concepts, including recognition, motivation, and overall employee satisfaction
