Job Description

We are looking for a Workiva Configuration Analyst to support the configuration, administration, and optimization of the Workiva platform across finance and reporting functions.

This role will partner closely with Finance, Accounting, Reporting, and IT teams to drive reporting automation, workflow optimization, data governance, and enterprise reporting transformation initiatives.


Location: India (Remote)

Employment Type: Contract-to-Hire (8 Months) / Full-Time

Experience: 3-8 Years


Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure and administer Workiva components including Workspaces, User Security, Document Permissions, Data Linking, Reporting Templates, and Workflows.
  • Support SEC, statutory, management, and financial reporting processes within Workiva.
  • Manage integrations between Workiva and ERP/EPM platforms such as SAP, Oracle, OneStream, and other enterprise systems.
