Job Description

This role supports the creation of diverse digital learning formats, contributes to multiple content development projects, and helps our department maintain and improve digital learning materials. This position is located in Heidelberg and you will report to the Head of Technical Knowledge Management, Training & Communication.


YOUR NEXT CHALLENGE

  •  Develop digital learning content: Assist in creating digital learning materials such as e-learning modules, videos, animations, tutorials, guidebooks, and quizzes using authoring, design, and AI-supported tools
  • Contribute ideas for innovative digital learning approaches and support small pilots and new learning formats to create engaging training experiences
  • Help review, update, and improve digital learning materials based on feedback and basic performance indicators
  • Research and summarize new trends and tools in digital learning to support continuous improvement of offerings
