Working Foreman

Supervise and coordinate daily workshop operations to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of repairs and maintenance. Allocate work to technicians, monitor productivity, and ensure jobs are completed to quality and safety standards. Monitor work-in-progress (WIP), scheduling, workshop profitability, maintenance contracts, and budget performance. Provide technical guidance, mentoring, and on-the-job coaching to workshop technicians and apprentices. Conduct performance reviews, manage attendance, leave, payroll inputs, and staff development initiatives. Ensure compliance with company policies, workshop procedures, OEM standards, and health and safety legislation. Maintain high standards of workmanship through quality inspections and continuous monitoring of completed work.
