The Workforce Systems Platform Owner is responsible for the day-to-day operation, configuration, and continuous improvement of the workforce platform within the Enterprise Application Portfolio (EAP). This role serves as the internal subject matter expert, translating business needs into system functionality, maintaining data integrity, and ensuring the platform is intuitive, reliable, and embedded in how work gets done.
Working closely with the Digital Enablement Manager, IT, and business stakeholders, this role operationalizes platform roadmap priorities, drives adoption, and ensures the system delivers measurable value across field and office teams.
This is an on-site position at our Midlothian office.
